What We Do

Lux-Ear captures precise digital ear geometries from consumers using 3D scanning technology — at mobile events, kiosks, and partner locations. We manage the customer relationship, the scanning process, and the order pipeline. What we need is a network of trusted production facilities who can take those ear geometries and manufacture finished custom-fit silicone ear tips.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking production partners with experience in custom earmold manufacturing, silicone fabrication, or biocompatible 3D printing. Ideal partners will have existing CAD workflows, familiarity with medical-grade silicone materials, and the capacity to fulfill individual orders with fast turnaround times. Geographic coverage matters — we're building a distributed network, so partners across North America and Europe are equally welcome.
